The nearest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, 11 miles from Island House Beach Resort 24. We love the location so much, we don't do much else other than time on the beach, beach walks, and patio sitting. Other than groceries, Big Water Fish is our only stop - love the fresh fish we can cook for dinner. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Tampa and Orlando can make a great day trip! Orlando's Walt Disney World Complex, MGM Studios, Universal Theme Parks, and Tampa's Busch Gardens are all within a short driving distance. During the spring, baseball enthusiasts will find themselves centrally located between the spring training facilities of several major league teams. There are also many shops and restaurants within a short walk or trolley ride from the resort. We've been coming here for 10 years and always enjoy it.

It was a great place for a relaxing vacation. There were many good restaurants nearby. We were also able to enjoy kayaking and visiting Sarasota's Ringling museum and Selby Gardens. The Island House Beach Resort offers stunning midrise beachfront condos and stand-alone private villas on Siesta Key’s Crescent Beach.

Right near the water and within walking distance of everything. The property is perfect and so close to the beach. We are already looking at booking our next trip to stay there again.

We are local, but this is the perfect place to gather with familyfrom out of state. We have stayed at the Island House on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with our units. The unit was clean and had a great view of the gulf. Thanks to the large parking area, concession stands, the free trolley to get around on the island, and nearby fun Siesta Key Village, you can plan your whole trip centered around this gorgeous Key without getting bored. Very nice apartment and property, with everything you need for relaxing vacation. Home to the best beaches in the country, Siesta Key is famous for its white sandy beaches and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. During your visit, relax on the beach under an umbrella with a book, collect sea shells along the shoreline, or soak up the sun while strolling down the soft white sand of our private beach. We come to Siesta Key as often as possible and Island House is always the preferred place to stay. The design of the condo buildings gives every condo unit a great view of the Gulf.

We loved that we could park and walk to almost anything we wanted to do. Also Loved the comfortable beach chairs that were there for our use. Island House is a condominium community in the barrier island of Siesta Key. Located at 6150 Midnight Pass Road, the development is one of Siesta Key's prime residential and rental communities. Constructed in 1967, the community comprises 73 units with many stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
A damage deposit of USD 350 is required on arrival. Perfect unit to stay in with a great view. Our family had a delightful experience at 11N from the comfy oversized couch to the perfect location and view of the beach. Unit N11 was clean and the view and location were excellent however for the cost the unit needs serious updating. The old furniture, old kitchen appliances, and the brown paneling in the living room needs to be updated. Because of this and the large increase in rent for 2024 we have declined to renew..
We really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The condo was well equipped for cooking and the view was amazing. We loved sitting on our lanai with appetizers and drinks at night. We would go down to see the sunset on the beach. The condo was clean and had no problems during our stay. Crescent Beach is as beautiful as it gets. We've stayed in several units over the years; this year was 9S and it delivered - very bright and clean. Nothing beats morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai.
